• Contact form submissions — name, email, and message content when you write to us.

• Google OAuth — if you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Railway — our hosting and database provider. Data is stored in Railway's PostgreSQL instances.
• Sentry — error tracking. Sentry Privacy Policy.
• Google Gemini API — used server-side only to power AI search and tool enrichment. Your search queries may be processed by Google's API.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained until you delete your account. Anonymous analytics events are retained for up to 12 months. Contact form messages are retained for up to 24 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@aipower.spot.
